The incumbent is accountable for P&L and managing the operations in APCNJ Chemical site，will focus on
1. Facilitate the use of Lacoste Polo Shirtsand compliance to AP EH&S standards in APCNJ such that EH&S performance continually improves and performance goals are met or exceeded. Ultimate result desire zero injuries.2. Facilitate attainment of operations excellence and customer satisfaction via operations productivity, reliability, quality, cost reduction, services, continuous improvements, and meeting of budgets.3. Initiate and facilitate the use of AP global best practices in EH&S, Ops, and Engineering in APCNJ ASU.4. Develop Operations organization in APCNJ ASU, and set up solid infrastructure to support the demand of the Reliability and Safety.5. Develop/train and promote top performing operating people who are competent in Operation, achieve success through teams, trustworthy, customer and employee focused, openly communicate, performance driven and result oriented.6. Work closely with business areas and project development engineering to identify and win expansion projects.
7. Closely work with China Plant Operation team and global Operations team for global alignment.8. Closely interface with Engineering and Sales group on project cost reduction and plant operation reliability and safety performance to insure our competitiveness in the market place.
9. Capable of handling multi Cheap Lacoste Polo Shirts
Large ASU/HyCO operation. 10. Closely interface with customers, meet customer’s high level people on a routine basis, maintain close relation with customer, and get involved with customers’ routine and growth demand.11. Set up high service level example
Set up high level service model and foundation at this high growth potential petrochemical complex in NJ with this first Large EPI customer in Asia, and support the future growth of EPI in Asia2004.5~2006.4 Operation ManagerReport administerially to GM, and functionally to AP ( Asia Pacific ) operation director( American )? Overall management for the plant（including HR & Admin., Production, Maintenance, QC, EHS, Purchase etc.）, Accountable for using all resources available to their full potential to deliver scheduled production while adhering to the Company’s core values.? Responsible for assuring systems and personnel in place for daily, safe, efficient operation of the units.? Lead and provide example of adherence to all PSM elements, particularly management-of-change in personnel, facilities and technology? Guide, coach and develop all personnel reporting to his position via the use of COT(Critical Operation Task) & DC (Discussion of contributions), performance reviews, and define& implement moves when required? Drive to key factors of incidents in a disciplined fashion (RCI) to prevent recurrence.
? Lead and accept final accountability for plant fixed and variable cost management (forecasting, auditing, meeting objectives)
? Participate in respective Business Team to set strategies and objectives ? Accountability for ensuring EHS compliance, via expectation-setting, monitoring/auditing performance, ? Accountability for meeting commitments defined by the SOP (Sales & Operations Planning) process
? Accountability for driving maintenance team (contractor) to Support production unit to fulfill production objective. And improve the maintenance service efficiently.? Leading QC branch to Support production unit to meet plant objective. And accountability for quality system execution including audit follow-up, Lacoste Shirts
ISO, SOC (Standard Operating Conditions)? Plant performance updates to Leadership as required, including weekly/monthly updates to the General Manager.? Coordinator among operation, supply chain and marketing? Serves as primary interface with Government and Industrial Park officials on matters effecting operation at the site
